In order to maintain a high level of quality service, our company doesn't ship during weekends. On days that we experience a high volume of orders, during holidays and sales, our hardworking staff may take longer to process your order.

For any missing fields or incorrect information, our staff may reach out using the contact details you've provided, which can subsequently cause delays in the order delivery process. There may be delays with customs clearance as well.
After our staff receives the shipment email, order information may not be changed to that of the correct one.

The standard procedure when the recipient is not at home is that a notice card will be left, which will contain instructions on where the package is sent and what you'll need to collect it.
