Our order processing times are carried out during business hours from Monday to Friday. Once we receive your order, kindly allow us to fulfill it within 2 business days. After processing, we send it out for delivery the next day.

In order to maintain a high level of quality service, our company doesn't ship during weekends. On days that we experience a high volume of orders, during holidays and sales, our hardworking staff may take longer to process your order.

For a smoother order process, we recommend our clients review their delivery information to make sure the details are accurate. For any missing fields or incorrect information, our staff may reach out using the contact details you've provided, which can subsequently cause delays in the order delivery process. There may be delays with customs clearance as well.

After our staff receives the shipment email, order information may not be changed to that of the correct one.

We recommend our customers to check and see if all the necessary shipment information is correct to ensure timely delivery. We shall not be held liable for the product's integrity and for any refunds or replacements that ensue if the shipment information hasn't been corrected during the shipment email phase.

As a side note, kindly check with your local customs offices to see if there are any additional requirements or documents you'll need to receive your order package. This may extend the delivery time to a few more
days.

Your order package may be delivered via courier or the local post office. Most orders are handled by your local postal service, which is the same one that delivers your regular mail. The standard procedure when the recipient is not at home is that a notice card will be left, which will contain instructions on where the package is sent and what you'll need to collect it.
